Presentation Abstract

Communications is an essential part of the exchange of ideas. In the workplace, there are several mechanisms to enable effective communications. The trick is to understand the merits of each mechanism and to select the correct one for the situation at hand. There are also many things trying to get in the way of effective communications. We have to recognize them if we have a chance to counter them. Listening skills, conflict resolution, problem solving, and conducting effective meetings will be covered

Speaker Biography

Mr. Czerniak has held a variety of management positions including operations, project and staff. He supports organizational problem solving and decision making using a systemic approach. Mr. Czerniak has been an internal consultant to organizational transformation efforts. He has also worked as an external consultant for organizational development. He has facilitated meetings for several organizations. He has also facilitated training in team formation, coaching, leadership, and change management. Mr. Czerniak has a strong reputation as a presenter and public speaker. Mr. Czerniak is a degreed engineer. He also holds a MBA with a concentration in Human Resources Management. He continuously pursues learning to improve his skills and credentials.
