Mission:

"Using our experience and knowledge of Project Management to help the Non Profit Organizations to meet its strategic goals"

OBJECTIVES

 

The Community Outreach Committee is the liaison between the Project Management Institute's Great Lakes Chapter and Non profit Organizations. Its primary objective is to bring awareness of Project Management, member's experience to the Non Profit Organizations. Outreach community will assist any non profits to improve their project management process knowledge and organization skills.

 

Important Goals of Community Outreach:

  • Identify potential Non profit organizations who need Project Management Services
  • Be a consultant to such needy organizations
  • Mentor Non profit's and their project managers
  • Impart required trainings in project management
  • Assist new Non Profits in getting themselves organized
  • Nurture a happy and healthy voluteer committee
  • Monthly meetings and program status
