Happy New Year PMI GLC Members,

Please join us on Monday, January 10, 2005 at the Southfield Marriott where John Palmer, Decision Education and Consulting, will be exploring the importance of 'Learning to Deal with Risk'. Projects that successfully deal with risk will offer more value to their organization and also improve the probability of implementing the project successfully. The discussion will also cover two methods of dealing with risk, which are tornado diagrams and decision trees. The advantages/disadvantages of both will be discussed. If you want to learn more about risk, join us on January 27, 2005, for a 1 Day - Two Session - PDD where John Palmer will go into more depth on "Managing Uncertainty" and "Optimal Project Pricing Recognizing Uncertainty".
