Dear PMI GLC Members,

Register to see Don Parker, Senior Vice President and Director of Information Services, Comerica Bank, during this month's dinner meeting. Mr. Parker is sharing their strategy of Human Capital Mangement which is key in today's IT management.

To ensure continued value for our stakeholders and growing membership, the board conducted an extensive review of the strategic plan during a weekend-long transition meeting. Your survey feedback was incorporated and will drive new initiatives and improvements. Departing board members also met with incoming board members to minimize turnover challenges.

It seems like another long winter ahead. I recall a comment from one of my colleagues at work, "It seems like Michigan drivers have this amnesia during the initial snow every winter".
