Dear PMI GLC Members,
Fall giving a hint of its glorious colors has arrived!!!
Besides signifying a change of seasons, Fall is heralding
a season of changes at PMI GLC as well. The current Board
of Directors has elected Kent Jennings as President of
PMI Great Lakes Chapter for the 2005 Program Year. Kent
is the current VP of Outreach and will be taking over
as President of PMI GLC effective January 1, 2005. Please
join us in congratulating Kent and wishing him to lead
the chapter to new heights in the coming year.
As you are aware, the elections for VP positions for
the 2005 Program Year are currently underway. Your vote
is your voice, we want to hear it. Please cast your vote.
The electronic ballot has been sent in a separate email
dated October 4, 2004.
It is our pleasure and honor to host Teri Takai, CIO
of State of Michigan at our Dinner Meeting on October
11, 2004. PM Solutions is sponsoring the October Dinner

Continuing our tradition of offering premium Project
Management education at affordable prices, we are co-sponsoring
a Professional Development Day (PDD) "Best Practices
in Project Management" by Dr. Harold Kerzner on
November 1, 2004 at MSU Center in Troy, MI. You can register

We have issued a call for Monthly Dinner Meeting Speakers
for the Program Year 2005. The details can be found on
the website.
If you have heard a great speaker and wish to bring them
to our chapter, please feel free to forward the invitation
to submit proposal to them.
