Consulting, etc and has worked in South Africa
and the United States. He lives with his wife

Phil has 20 years of experience working with
business partners to define, build, and deliver

benefits. He began his Project Management career
in 1993 developing Inventory systems with the
McKesson Corporation. For the past 4 years
he has lead a team at the Auto Club Group to implement
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) processes
that automate the Member and Insurance Customer
Retention processes that provided an Average retention
rate of 87% over the past 4 years.
As the current PMI/GLC Director or Membership
Retention, Phil leads a team of volunteers who
will be calling GLC members in 2004 and 2005 to
obtain valuable feedback that will help improve
and build value of the PMI/Great Lakes Chapter
membership.
