| Name: Kent Potts, Director, Marketing and Promotions Kent Potts, PMP, is Manager of Industrialization for Meritor, Commercial Vehicle Systems,|
a tier-1, global manufacturer of automotive components and integrated systems. He has also
held various leadership, engineering, quality, and consulting positions within multiple locations
of Meritor, AlliedSignal Automotive, Yale Materials Handling Corp., and Dover Corp. Kent
has lead multinational programs – most recently in China and Mexico. He has two US patents
pending for manufacturing process equipment designs. Kent holds both Master of Engineering
and BSIE degrees from North Carolina State University in Raleigh, NC. He has practiced with
PMP certification from Project Management Institute, Inc. since 2003. Kent has been published
in Computers and Industrial Engineering, and he has spoken at several engineering and project
| Name: Raj Sivakumar, MS, PMP Director, Volunteer Recruitment and Appreciation Rajesh Sivakumar has over 18 years of experience in the IT industry, the last 12 of which have been specifically in the areas of Implementation and Management of PeopleSoft Financials/HCM solutions.|
A PMP certified project manager, Raj, is currently providing consulting services to Lear Corporation, a leading global supplier of automotive seating systems, electrical distribution systems and electronics. As a senior consultant, Raj is responsible for managing the PeopleSoft Financials system that pays out $7 Billion to suppliers, annually. Prior to holding this position, Raj was a Senior Project Manager with TechTeam Global, where he was responsible for implementing PeopleSoft Fin/HCM in the US and in 4 European offices.
Raj has a master’s degree in Computer Science. His favorite pastime activities include: reading, music and going on long drives in the night
| Name: Jeanne Stone, *Director, Contracts Jeanne presently works as an IT Project Controller at RouteOne through Vaco Technology for the past five years. Her previous work experience has been at Delphi, Ford and Hewlett Packard in the IT industry. |
Jeanne has been in the GreatLakes chapter of PMI since 2005 and became PMI certified in 2006. This is her second year as Director of Contracts. Previous positions held in the Great Lake Chapter include Director Membership Information and Collaterals, Director of Membership Promotion, and several volunteer activities within the Great Lakes Chapter of PMI. She enjoys meeting new people and keeping up on current trends within the industry of project management.

| Name: Srini Pinnamaneni, PMP Director Membership Retention |
Srini Pinnamaneni is a Senior Project Manager with Compuware Corporation managing projects for the different client. Srini brings over 20 years of hands-on experience in the field of Product Development, Finance, IT, Program Management and Project Management and has contributed to the organizational growth in these roles. Excellent finance management, people skills and results driven approach make Srini a successful project manager.
Srini has been an active volunteer in PMIGLC ever since his PMP certification in 2009:
• As the Director for Communication - worked in Sharepoint upgrade for PMIGLC.
• As the Director for Membership - every month extract membership details from PMI, email welcome message to all new and renewal members and provide monthly BI analytics reports to PMIGLC board of Directors.
| Name: Sharry Fealk, PMP Director, Membership Promotion Sharry Fealk is Vice President and Senior Technical Project Manager in the Information Services Enterprise Project Management Office at Comerica Bank. Ms. Fealk is a Project Management Professional dedicated to developing and leading high-performance teams to deliver extraordinary results to clients. She has demonstrated successful experience in all aspects of selling, architecting and managing large-scale, complex software implementations. She has the expert ability to turnaround troubled projects and resolve client care issues. Ms. Fealk holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and is currently pursuing a Master of Science degree in Project Management.|

| Name: Akane Hodge, Director, Corporate Outreach Akane Hodge has 6 years of Project Management experience. Some of the projects she has done are Global Desktop Standardization Project when she was at Level3 Communications in Tokyo Japan along with Company Start-up projects. Recently, Akane has been involved in more project management for the IS department in Toyoda Gosei North America. |
She has managed the following projects over the last 3 years: AS/400 Cloud hosting project, New helpdesk ticketing system implementation project, New company startup project in Mexico for entire infrastructure, Network Switch Upgrade project for 19 companies, IS Security project for 19 companies, VDI Implementation Project, PBX deployment project, Silverpeak WAN Optimization project, Managed New company startup project, New Video Conference deployment project, Quest Coexistence Manager deployment project, and New secure printer deployment project.
Akane is 100% Bilingual in Japanese and English and has many years of experience in Japanese business culture and companies. Akane enjoys running marathons and scuba diving.
| Name: Minimol Mathew, MS, PMP Director, Academic Outreach Minimol Mathew is our Director of Academic Outreach. Mini has been a volunteer for the Outreach team for a number of years and has most recently been very active with teaching GLC’s PMI 101 Skills for Life workshop for community non-profits and various middle & high school students as well as undergraduates. |
Mini is an IT Project/Portfolio manager at Rainbow Rehabilitation Centers. As the Director of Academic Outreach, Mini will be working with the institutions of higher learning to help them integrate PM skills into their curriculum, assist with providing them with PM speakers, case studies and assistance from PMI and our chapter.

| Name: Mark Kowal , PMP Director, Seminars Mark Kowal has over 22 years of experience in the commercial real estate construction industry, the last 12 of which have been specifically in project management.|
Mark, is a PMP certified project manager currently working for the
Department of Defense as a Liaison between United States Army Garrison, United States Army Corps of Engineers, Tank Automotive Research, Development and Engineering Center (TARDEC) and joint venture partners managing a variety of high tech engineering and specialty construction projects. Prior to holding this position, Mark was a Vice President, project Manager for Grubb and Ellis where he provided leadership for all internal and external resources required for real estate projects with an accumulated value of over $150M. Mark has a Bachelor's of Science in Interior Architecture. In his spare time he enjoys working with fused glass, swimming and Cross Fit.
| Name: Manish Jaiswal, Director, Symposium Programs Manish Jaiswal is a senior Program Management Professional / Agile Coach cum Transformation consultant currently working with one of the big three automotive company based out of Detroit. He has also worked with other major companies in Detroit area such as Ford, Blue Cross & Chrysler.|
Mr. Jaiswal possesses an executive MBA from Michigan State, is PMP certified since 2005 and has been a volunteer for the PMI GLC’s PD team for a number of years and has most recently been very active with teaching PMP & Exam Review classes for the chapter.
