PMI-GLC Strategic Objectives (2006 Baseline)

1. Market chapter and events to increase participation by 20% over 5 years
2. Identify and communicate member value and benefits to retain 80% of members and increase new memberships by 20% annually
3. Create/enhance non-member stakeholders relationships to increase the number of formal relationships by 6 over 3 years
4. Structure, staff and develop organization properly
5. Increase variety of programs (3 levels of programs and 3 program topics)
6. Manage Operating Margin
7. Sustain geographic offerings (offer program events in all 3 counties, to achieve a 60-20-20 split) over 3 yrs
8. Sustain maturity level 3 of Maturity Model (PDF File)
